NASHVILLE, TN - April 5, 2011 - Capital Confirmation, Inc., the creator and world's leading provider of secure confirmation services, announced today that Avenue Bank has signed an agreement to use Confirmation.com, an online confirmation service for responding to audit confirmation and credit inquiry requests.  Avenue Bank joins a growing list of financial institutions that use Confirmation.com as a means to increase client satisfaction, improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

Responding to audit confirmation and credit inquiry requests are extremely manual, inefficient and increase a bank's level of risk.  Avenue Bank, known for keeping things simple and partnering with local companies, has turned to its Nashville-area neighbor Confirmation.com to simplify these requests.

“During a client’s annual audit or when they need us to provide a credit reference, it’s important that we provide timely responses to these requests,” said Ron Samuels, President and CEO of Avenue Bank. “We decided to partner with Confirmation.com because their service allows us to now respond to confirmation and credit inquiry requests in a fraction of the time it would normally take, which is an excellent benefit for our clients.”

When Avenue Bank uses Confirmation.com for their audit confirmation requests, they will be able to provide quicker responses, streamline workflow, and centralize responses electronically.  This paperless solution will also automate the credit inquiry requests they receive for their commercial clients. Instead of processing faxed requests, they can now receive and respond to credit inquiry requests quickly and easily from their desktop.

“We are pleased to be working with Avenue Bank, and helping them transition to a more efficient audit confirmation and credit inquiry response process,” said Brian Fox, founder and chief marketing officer of Capital Confirmation, Inc.  “As a result, they will find that our cloud-based solution is easy to use, improves productivity and exceeds the stringent security and privacy standards.”
